The diamond bracelet I try on is to die for—and way outside my nonexistent budget.
I wait for the salesclerk to come back and take it from me, but he takes too long. And now I really have to pee!
While I’m doing my business I hear the security alarms go off. I swear on everything this day could not get any worse.
Wrong again! Now a S.W.A.T. team is descending on the store.
They’re after me.
I walk out to face the music and my inevitable arrest—only to find the most soulful brown eyes lock onto me.
