LENA:
I had my life all mapped out. Well, I knew what I wanted to do for the next few years at least, and none of those things involved being a bed warmer for a vicious outlaw. But then my no-good, Momma’s-boy, step-brother Cory put the brakes on all that. So here I am. In Aric Shaw’s bed. I shouldn’t enjoy the things he does to me, but he just makes me feel so alive.

Life was good. I’m Vice President of the Wild Hawks Motorcycle club, and I’ve only just turned thirty-one.
