There’s more than moss and mosquitoes in this swamp…

As if flunking out of nursing school wasn’t bad enough, now Gabrielle Fairway has to go crawling back to her middle-of-nowhere hometown with her tail between her legs to babysit her kooky monster-obsessed father before her sister has him put in a home. He’s still convinced bigfoot is lurking around the Glades; there’s no reasoning with him. Finding the elusive monster has been his life’s work, even when it made his daughters the butt of every joke growing up.
Gabi really hoped she’d never wind up setting foot in Sunset Glade again. It’s like stepping back in time, everything exactly the way she remembers it. The same shops on Main Street, the same rust on the public playground, and the same fluttery feeling deep down when she sees Tucker Auric.
It’s a crush she thought she left behind in high school. He never knew she existed back then, but now he seems to be turning up everywhere, making her heart race and her imagination run wild.

There are other wild things in the swamp, though, and Gabi’s dad won’t rest until he has the answers he’s searched for all his life. Soon, it becomes her mission, too, and the closer they get to unraveling the mystery, the more danger they’re in.
Tucker always knew Gabi was destined for bigger and better things than what Sunset Glade has to offer. After she left for Miami, he didn’t expect he’d ever see her again. Once he does, there’s no getting her out of his mind. He needs more of her.
The lone panther shifter knows better than to look twice at Gabi, no matter how tempting her curves are. He’s got enough on his plate with his job protecting the local wildlife, hiding his cursed brother’s secret, and standing up to the wannabe thugs of the local shifter pack. He doesn’t need the complication of an irresistible mate too stubborn to keep herself out of trouble, or her nosy father who’s far too close to uncovering the truth.

Shifters aren’t the only monsters in the swamp, and the deeper Gabi digs, the more Tucker knows he has to find a way to stop her—before someone else does.
