Dr. William Noo is a neurosurgeon at City Hospital with a five-year-old son named Isaac.
The two individuals, living very different lives with very different mindsets and life goals, find their paths colliding one day when, because of her yellow umbrella, Isaac mistakes Gemma for his estranged/ absent mother.
