Rose Haven is just about the perfect town, except for one thing.
I’m investigating a drug cartel, brewing at the farthest outskirts of town.
The problem is, Ellie, the Assistant Mayor is making things very difficult.

He is determined to remind me at every opportunity that I have very little power.
