So when Caroline sister notices a suspicious mole (or spot, since it changed) on Claire before heading to the beach, she encourages her to get it checked out. Worried, she books the first appointment she can get. She gets the shock of her life in the exam room when she realizes her doctor is not only incredibly handsome, but is the brother of a surf instructor she had a crush on as a girl.
