A mountain man in Miami for Christmas. It doesn’t get much more ridiculous than that. But since my nana moved to Florida, and I promised to spend the holiday with her, I’m trading in my flannel for board shorts. Or, whatever you wear on the beach.
Mother Nature has other plans. She’s grounded pretty much every plane. A train would zig-zag too much. And cars are scarce. That’s how I end up sharing a rental car with a beautiful stranger who’s also Miami-bound.
She seems innocent enough. However, none of the thoughts I’m having about her could be described that way.
