The night had been looking good. Even Jacks presence hadn’t diminished it all that much. I just wanted a change of scenery, a little party, one last hurrah before our big college graduation. Everything was going well. I had a few beers, a few laughs and then he started hunting me. The worst, or is it the best part, was that my rescuer was naked. Yup, wearing nothing but his birthday suit. I think I may have hit my head or had too many beers. If only it got better from there…

You would think she would be grateful, maybe even smile, hell, a thank you would be nice. Instead, she lobbed names at me, and none of them can be repeated. Unfortunately, the rogue wolf got away. A smart wolf would stay away, but he kept hunting her and trying to take her away from me. Mia was mine and if I had to kill him to keep her safe, so be it.
