22-year-old Wren Edwards grew up in an attentive, high-society family that never made her feel anything but loved, yet she always knew she was different: her brother wanted to take polo lessons when he was little, while she asked their parents for a welder on her tenth birthday.
She’s not afraid of a little grease, the smells of motor oil and gasoline make her reach Nirvana and she’s only ever happy when she’s driving her bike. Fast.
Now that she’s done early with her degree in mechanical engineering, she’s ready to start living her biggest dream: build custom-made bikes.
Normally, mechanics take a look at her tiny form and shake their heads, thinking her nothing but a silly MC bunny that is looking for something other than a bike to ride.
Normally, they get a kick where it hurts the most for their chauvinistic assumptions at that point.
But as soon as she sets foot in Ash Falls, Wren leaves ‘normally’ behind, and if someone would make the same comment there, she would have to concede that they’re right.
Because, if there’s one biker that she loves more than bikes, that’s her new boss.
The biker she’s been crushing on for years, the only one that can turn her into a fiend in seconds, the one that melted all her pluckiness into mush and proved that yes: he could be even hotter than he appeared to be in pictures: the current Pres of her late biological father’s MC, the one her dad told her she had to completely stay away from.
