I can’t stop thinking about him.
Dylan.
Even though I know I shouldn’t.
I try to keep my distance, keep those walls up, even though he’s stupidly good looking.
Even though I undress him with my eyes when we talk.
I can tell he’s interested. The way he stares at me when he thinks I’m not looking. The way he inserts himself into my life, like some sort of protector.
And I can tell something else.
He’s hiding something. He has secrets.
Dark ones.
Dangerous ones.
I want to know his.
I’m just not sure I want him to know mine.
