Dear Mountain Man Fan Club members,
As some of you know, I’ve been corresponding with my favorite Internet mountain man for a while. It started innocently enough. I messaged Hawk to ask him what kind of herbs he’d use in a foraged pot pie. Before I knew it, we were swapping recipes and produce tips. I’d even say we’ve become friends.
So you can only imagine how excited I am when he invites me to go foraging with him. He’s going to help me source some fresh, wild ingredients for the food I’m preparing for Kit and Arlo’s wedding. But when a storm strikes, we end up stranded together in the wilderness. And as we wait out the storm, I find myself hoping I haven’t permanently put myself in the friend zone. Because I don’t just like Hawk. I’m falling for him.
