Call it a hate f*ck. Call it a huge mistake. Whatever it was, it won’t happen again. I never thought I would hook up with my arch-nemesis Blake, the womanizing jerk who also happens to be my fellow realtor and biggest competitor at our firm. I know he’d kill to get a piece of the commission on the beautiful seaside villa I’m about to sell. But I had to admit, he wasn’t bad in bed.
Actually, he was pretty damn good in bed. Maybe the best I’ve ever had.
It was a one-and-done situation. At least, that’s what I told him. Then I remembered that I desperately needed a wedding date…tomorrow. I never, ever thought that Blake would be my only hope, or that he would agree to go with me. I thought he hated my guts.
And even though I hate him, I’m starting to notice how charming and sweet Blake can be. The only problem is that I still don’t trust his motives for hooking up with me…
