Grumpy Summer Mate by B.L. Frisk

I’ve been called “grumpy” for most of my life. The fact of the matter was that I had every reason to be a little upset. After spending far too much time serving as the primary practitioner of Dark Geometry for the evil Order of Terron. After far too long dealing with their nonsense, I’ve fled. I found myself alone and penniless, at the mercy of the world. But a drop-out wizard named Adam took me in, giving me safe harbor when no one else would give me the time of day.

I found a comfortable job working the night shift at a museum, spending my time enjoying the silence that came with the position. Everything changed when I accidentally activated an ancient artifact, bringing a sun dragon named Julian into my life. He’s my complete opposite and I can’t stop thinking about him. His sunny disposition seems to be the only thing that cuts through the gloom of my grumpy personality. I can’t help but fall head-over-heels for the mysterious dragon, and we’ll need to work together to overcome the demons that we’re both running from.
