As long as he can find a way to turn the offer down without causing a pack war, everything would be just fine.

Omega and crocodile shifter Emmett has spent his life being thought of as less. A product of his father’s infidelity, he is referred to by the pack as their scarlet letter. The only crocodile shifter in a pack of pure wolves has put a target on his back. The only reason they didn’t put him down as a babe, was because the pack’s Alpha Omega took a liking to him and collected him as a sort of pet. That didn’t last long, and he went from pet to slave the year he turned sixteen. But things could be worse than being a manservant for their spoiled brat of a son. As long as Emmett continued to wait on him hand and foot, everything would be fine.

Lyle planned to meet the omega, be distasteful enough he got rejected, and move along. The last thing he expects is for the omega to come with his own manservant and for that manservant to be gorgeous, hilarious, and sweet as can be. Lyle’s wolf knew the quiet crocodile shifter was his fated mate. Now Lyle must figure out how to get out of the arranged mating, not start a pack war, and convince Emmett that they are fated mates. You know…just some minor details.
