Clayton James was looking for more than hookups. He wanted a relationship. He wanted to find a man that wanted the same thing that he did, and that was to get married and have a family. He didn’t want to be forty and still not have what he wanted. He went to a bar to see if he could meet someone with the same values and morals that he had. He knew that a bar was a long shot at finding what he wanted, but he would at least try it and see. He was a real estate lawyer and a self-made man. His parents threw him out of the house as a teen because he was gay and would not conform to what his father expected him to.

John Willis was sitting in a bar watching the men dance together. He had the idea that he could maybe find what he was looking for here. It didn’t seem to be his night. He wanted a relationship, but all these men wanted was a one-night stand. Everyone he talked to decided it was a good idea to put their business on social media and to him that was horrible. He was watching them dance when an extremely handsome man came over to his table and asked if this seat was taken. John wasn’t sure what to think about this guy. He gave little hints about what he wanted and didn’t want, and the guy agreed with him. Had John finally found the perfect man for him?
Clayton and John sat and talked for several hours before they left the bar. John dropped Clayton off at his house, and they set a date for the next night.
