Fiona:
Growing up in Pink Springs, I knew I’d never leave.
Not even when I lost my mom and dad, and they left me the home I grew up in.
Not even when my ex succumbed to his demons and turned drunk, angry, and aggressive.
Then I meet Benning, my own personal protector.
When he saves me from my psycho ex, I figure it’s a one-time deal.
Benning has other ideas.
I’m not so sure. There’s the age gap. And then there’s the worry he could turn out just like my ex.

My buddy Harlow talked about Pink Springs non-stop when we were on tour.
The silent creek surrounded by forest. The cute, little eateries and friendly folk.
And the bar that he intended on running as soon as we retired.
What he didn’t tell us about was the curvy knockout he left in charge of his bar.
When I meet Fiona, she’s in trouble.
And trouble seems intent on following her.
She needs protecting. She needs somebody to look out for her now Harlow’s gone.
She needs me.
