Aria never expected to meet a male, much less be abducted by one.
Generations ago, the Motherhood eradicated all males from Earth. Talk of them was expressly forbidden and they were all but forgotten. The Mothers now controlled the population of women by giving them blockers to suppress their emotions.
Aria was drafted by the Motherhood to be a primary colonist on the desert planet Hestia. The Mothers stripped her and the rest of the crew of their blockers so that they would have the emotional capacity to survive on the harsh new world. While onboard the Earhart 4500, Aria is finally able to have her first feelings, which included sexual ones. When a shocking vid is discovered buried deep beneath the ship’s firewalls, the crew must decide if they will continue on their predetermined course or journey to Terra Lucifer.
