DELANEY:
My father is ready to retire from the family vet business but not quite ready to hand over the reins to me. So, when I get a late-night call from the Holloways needing assistance with one of their cows, I know this the perfect opportunity to prove myself to him. But when I get there and see Landon, I can’t help but feel like the nerdy kid in high school who he used to tease.

LANDON:
The last time I saw Del, she had on thick glasses and was hunched over a textbook about to head off to college. I’ll admit I haven’t given her much thought while she was gone. But when I call for the emergency vet to come over and help me with a breach birth and she walks into my barn, it’s hard not to think about her. Despite how obvious it is that she’s changed, I have a harder time convincing her I’m not the jerk she thinks I am.
